We provide children with additional needs competence and capability to confidently engage meaningfully and inclusively in sporting and recreational activities through our programs.
The RWTS program provides ACT schools with access to Australian curriculum aligned resources to teach safe cycling, teacher training, and parent and carer engagement materials to help the whole school community embrace riding and walking to school.
Healthy habits start early in life! Kids at Play is all about giving young children the best start to life, by providing active play information to families and early childhood educators.
Supporting Canberra schools in their efforts to get students physically active. Jump Rope for Heart also provides registered schools with free resources and lesson plans to educate students on the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
Aqua Safe was developed in collaboration with the ACT Government and is a unique water safety and awareness program designed specifically for Year 2 students in the ACT. Participation is partially funded by the ACT Government, improving the accessibility and affordability of essential water safety education for Canberra families.
The Swim 4 Life Program is a free holiday program for families of primary school aged children within the local Canberra area who would normally not have access to swimming and Water Safety lessons. Families are nominated for this program through organisations such as The Smith Family,  Communities@Work and other...
Swim and Survive is suitable for school aged children from 4 years and up.
NGADYUNG is the word used by the traditional land owners in the ACT region – the Ngunnawal People – to describe water and various activities associated with it.
