Stress Better Years 11 -12 students (and up to 25 years).

Overview

Designed to build an understanding of stress, worry and anxiety, and the connection between the three. This workshop equips participants with the tools to manage stress more effectively.

Guided by our DoNOHarm Framework, a best practice approach to communicating about mental illness, this is an interactive session delivered by a qualified facilitator including evidence-based educational content on stress and anxiety in Australia and lived experience of managing high stress situations.

This program is not directly linked to the Australian Curriculum for the intended audience. We deliver this program to Year 11-12 and students up to 25 years of age, because they are going through a critical transition in their lives with exams, finishing school and entering the workforce.
