Move – with more and more of us moving indoors and our children needing social contact why no organise an online disco, share those dance moves.

Diabetes NSW & ACT is available via our helplines to assist, we have Credentialled Diabetes Educators, Dieticians and an online psychologist for our members in addition to the NDSS helpine. Please don’t hesitate to call for advice, support, resources or just to hear a friendly voice of support in these unprecedent times. We are actively working on enabling digital support networks so please keep an eye out as these become available, and once the environment changes we will continue to plan for key events in the ACT including Diabuddies Day, and more opportunities to build our network and support our community to live well.
